I've been behind the chair for over 25 years. I started as a baby stylist and grew into a platform artist, educator, and entrepreneur, still curious, still sharpening the craft.

Hair is personal. It can change how you walk into a room. When you're in my chair, I listen first. We talk through what you want, what you live in, and what will actually hold, then we get you there.

I also specialize in scalp and hair loss concerns. Careful work, tailored to you, with the goal of healthier hair and confidence that feels like yours again.

Hi, I'm Bianca, associate stylist at West & Co, and a stylist still building her craft.

I've always loved the artistry in hair: making something beautiful, showing a little personality, and changing how you feel when you catch yourself in the mirror. What pulled me into this work most is the confidence that comes with great hair. I want every guest to leave comfortable, seen, and sure of themselves.

I'm drawn to new trends, creative techniques, and what hair and makeup can do when you play. I'm here to keep learning and growing beside this team.

When I'm not in the salon, you'll usually find me in Pilates, grabbing coffee, shopping, or sharing good food with friends.

I'm just getting started in this industry, and I can't wait to meet you at West & Co.

Hi, I'm Hallie Jo.

I've always been drawn to beauty. This work lets me stay creative and meet people who walk in carrying a story. Hair is confidence and self expression, and getting to sit in that moment with someone is the best part of the job.

I keep learning. The craft doesn't sit still, and neither do I. My aim is simple: leave you feeling like yourself, only sharper.

Outside the salon I'm usually near the water, with friends and family, or on a road trip. Animals and reptiles are a side passion, I'm always hunting the next small adventure.

I've been behind the chair for over sixteen years. I started at seventeen with Aveda, and I've kept sharpening the craft ever since, including time learning from Jayne Matthews of Edo Salon in San Francisco.
